बिहार के किसी भी विश्वविद्यालय से स्नातक पास छात्राओं को मुख्यमंत्री कन्या उत्थान के तहत छात्राओं को 25,000 पहले ये राशि मिलता था। लेकिन अब इसे 2021 से 50,000 कर दिया गया है। जो भी छात्रा स्नातक पास है । ऐसे छात्रा ये आवेदन कर सकती है । इसके लिए E-कल्यान के वेबसाइट से ऑनलाइन आवेदन करना होगा। इसके लिए आपको कॉलेज नहीं जाना है । आवेदन का विश्वविद्यालय/महाविद्यालय द्वारा सत्यापन के बाद राशि को छात्रा के बैंक एकाउंट में डाल दिया जायेगा ।
बिहार राज्य के मुख्यमंत्री नितीश कुमार जी ने राज्य की स्नातक पास करने वाली बालिकाओं के लिए मुख्यमंत्री बालिका उत्थान योजना के अंतर्गत छात्रवृत्ति प्रदान करने की घोषणा की है। Bihar Graduation Scholarship 2022 Online Form आपकी जानकारी के लिए बता दें कि पहले इस योजना के तहत स्नातक उत्तीर्ण बालिकाओं को 25 हजार रूपये की छात्रवृत्ति मिलती थी जिसे बढ़ाकर अब 50 हजार रूपये कर दिया गया है। हालाकिं स्नातक उत्तीर्ण बालिकाओं को स्कॉलरशिप के पैसे का भुगतान जल्द ही और केवल डीबीटी के माध्यम से किये जाने के दिशा-निर्देश दिए गए है। इसके अतिरिक्त 10 +2 पास छात्राओं को 25-25 हजार रूपये स्कॉलरशिप मिलेगी।

बिहार सरकार ने राज्य की ग्रेजुएट पास बालिकाओं को 50 हजार रूपये छात्रवृत्ति के रूप में देने की घोषणा की है जिसके लिए एजुकेशन डिपार्टमेंट ने सभी डिस्ट्रिक्ट के लिए 400 करोड़ रूपये जारी किये है ताकि सभी लाभार्थी बालिकाओं को स्कॉलरशिप का पैसा जल्द से जल्द मिल सके और वे इस स्कॉलरशिप के पैसे से अपनी उच्च शिक्षा में दाखिला लेकर उच्च शिक्षा प्राप्त कर सके। अनुमानित है कि इस वर्ष 1 लाख 24 हजार स्नातक उत्तीर्ण हर बालिकाओं को 50 हजार रूपये की छात्रवृत्ति वितरित की जाएगी। इस छात्रावृत्ति का भुगतान राज्य सरकार द्वारा वहन किया जाना है।
